Sophia Enterprises' eSIR Service offers the ability to collect and analyze information about
'Special Incident Reports' that are often times required by governing agencys when, for instance,
consumers that receive your services are involved in extraordinary incidents. These incidents might
be when the consumer is injuried, involved in an event involving the police, etc.
By tracking these special incidents your organization can gain insight into the frequency, category, or
other trending characteristics regarding overall incidents.
With Sophia Enterprises' eSIR Service authorized individuals will be able to design custom eSIR forms
to collect all the necessary data considered important when special incidents occur within your agency
involving any of your consumers and/or staff. The types of information you can collect include Date of
Incident, Team, Staff & Consumer involved, Location of Incident, Incident Category and Description, and
Instructions for staff members who enter the report. This list includes only a small subset of data
that can be collection, in fact you will have the ability to collect nearly any type of data to satisfy
all your agency's requirements.
