Q: How long does it take to get a fully functional environment set up for my organization?
A: The time needed to implement your environment is a function of the number of Individuals, Teams, Quality Standards, etc. you anticipate needing. The most unique aspect for most organizations is the Quality Standards. Typically, once the Quality Standards have been defined by you and your staff the technical implementation of your environment can be accomplished in a matter of a week or two.

Q: What kind of security is used?
A: Sophia Enterprises employees a number of security designs/features to insure only authorized individuals are given access to sensitive information:
Physical Security: Our systems are hosted by a Tier-1 data facility that restricts physical access to our system by use of electronic access cards and biometric measurements.
Electronic Security: Our servers and databases sit behind firewall protection, restricting electronic access to only authorized users; Our data is backed-up daily; and transmission of the data from your computer to our servers is done over 128-bit SSL; and
Application Security: Access to the system requires the user to supply credentials (e.g., username/password), furthermore, what each user is able to see depends on what Program they are associated with, what level of authority they`ve been given, and what Teams they are members of. As far as any user is concerned the only data in the system is that which they are authorized to view, no more.

Q: What is the value of ePSR?
A: With its ability to methodically and periodically track any client (or management) service characteristic you deem important enough, the ePSR system affords your organization’s management, staff, client family members, and outside governing agencies unparalleled insight into the quality of service you provide. The robust real-time analysis of this information, either in aggregate or specific to individual clients, provides valuable and timely insight that can then be used as positive confirmation of those areas your organization is excelling at and those areas where your organization has opportunities for service level improvement.

Q: What types of service characteristics, or Quality Standards, are assessed by ePSR?
A: Really anything you wish but we recommend you design your Quality Standards so they are observable and measureable. Moreover, we recommend they emphasis both your `process` and your `product`. A process standard applies to those aspects of the service or program design intended to produce the desired outcomes. A product standard refers to the agency goals and objectives.

Q: How often can my Quality Standards be measured?
A: The ePSR system allows for your Quality Standards to be measured on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, but most organizations opt to measure them either monthly or quarterly.
Q: What if I don`t know what Quality Standards I want to measure?
A: No problem. You can choose from nearly a 1000 already designed Quality Standards or we can introduce you to consults who have years of experience with the Periodic Service Review methodology who can assist you in designing standards that are most appropriate for your organization.
Q: How much does ePSR cost?
A: The ePSR system is offered at a monthly subscription rate which is loosely tied to the number of `Teams` you wish to define (Teams are unique sets of staff and consumers, most organizations opt to assign only one consumer to each Team so they can track the quality of the service provided down to the individual consumer level).
